Soothsayers Online offers AI-generated fortune readings delivered digitally through fictional character personas. Readings are created by automated language models based on the question or situation you provide.

Entertainment only. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Do not make important life, health, or financial decisions based on a reading.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase readings through the Service. By checking out, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service is not directed to children. If you are under 18, you may not use or purchase readings through the Service.

When you pay, you purchase digital content: fortune text, optional generated images, library access via a private link, and reading credits where applicable. Delivery begins immediately after payment, typically within seconds.

You are responsible for keeping your private library link safe. Anyone with access to your library link may be able to view your readings and use remaining credits on your account. Links expire after 30 days; you may request a new link using the email address associated with your account.

We associate purchases with the email address you provide. One library account exists per email. Additional packs add credits to that account.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used on the Service. We may suspend or revoke access if these Terms are violated.

Prices are shown on the site before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record for your transaction. Your card statement may show Creem or a related descriptor.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information you submit is accurate.

All sales are final. Because readings and credits are digital goods delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

Dissatisfaction with the style, tone, or content of an AI-generated reading is not grounds for a refund. Rarity tiers (Common, Rare, Epic, etc.) are part of the entertainment experience and outcomes vary by design.

If payment succeeded but no reading or credits were delivered due to a technical failure on our side, contact us at readings@soothsayers.online and we will work to deliver your purchase or resolve the issue. This is not a general refund policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you normally have a right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days.

Waiver for immediate digital delivery: At checkout you must separately confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Without that affirmative action, this waiver may not apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes
• Submit content that infringes others' rights or contains illegal material
• Submit sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-only prompts, or request AI-generated images depicting nudity, sexual acts, or other adult content
• Submit any content that sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance — we report such content to authorities where required)
• Attempt to bypass payment, scrape, or overload the Service
• Share private library links publicly in a way that compromises your account
• Misrepresent AI-generated text as human professional advice to others

Fortune reading text is generated by DeepSeek v4 Pro (deepseek-v4-pro), a third-party large language model operated by DeepSeek. We do not guarantee accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, or suitability for any purpose. Readings may contain fictional, inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical information. Content may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect. Share links are provided at your discretion.

Some readings may include an optional epic-tier illustration generated by xAI Grok Imagine (grok-imagine-image-quality), a third-party image model operated by xAI, from your question and reading themes. These images are subject to the same acceptable-use rules in Section 8, including the prohibition on sexually explicit and adult content.

You retain ownership of the situation you describe. You receive a personal license to use and share readings we deliver to you. We may store readings to provide your library and operate the Service.

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including email addresses, your submitted questions, generated readings, and payment-related information handled by Creem.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or remove features, rarity systems, character personas, reading formats, pricing, and credit mechanics at any time, with or without notice. Credits already purchased remain subject to these Terms and available features at the time of use; we do not guarantee that any specific character, rarity outcome, or format will remain available indefinitely.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

If you have a problem, contact us first. Filing a chargeback for delivered digital goods you received may result in suspension of your library access. Chargebacks are handled by payment networks and Creem; we do not control their outcome.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Changes apply prospectively. Material changes, including changes to refund or delivery terms, will apply only to purchases made after the updated Terms become effective.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service. Purchases completed before an update remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, excluding conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in this section removes rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

Disputes should first be raised with us at readings@soothsayers.online. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the courts of Serbia, subject to any mandatory venue rules that apply to you as a consumer.
